We just got a bunch of forms, some of which I see in your photo, but not all. Did you get sent multiple emails before the seminar? I'm wondering why we didn't get many of the forms shown on that image.
I wouldn't stress about it too much. Many of the forms aren't required until you actually start the homestudy, which will be after the seminar. I would guess that you probably have the set of stuff that you can really work on before the seminar's completed - the rest of it we didn't really even look at until after we'd finished that.
Do you have a copy of the application packet instructions? It should break down which forms are expected for which parts of the process, if I recall correctly.
